About
Harris Medovic
Over 17 years I built and ran enterprise technology at a Danish global manufacturer — 12,000 employees, operations spanning 43 countries. I led digital transformation programmes, stood up a Gen-AI Centre of Excellence, and owned security and compliance for a global employee-facing stack serving every business unit. I know what it takes to get an AI initiative past legal, IT security, and the board in the same quarter.
I left to build Brain at Work because the AI landscape moves faster than any enterprise can track from the inside. I follow it obsessively — running open-source models on my own private infrastructure, stress-testing what is genuinely production-ready before recommending it — and I bring the enterprise context to make it land inside a real organisation with real constraints.
